Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing both existing clients and identifying potential new customers to support business growth.
- Handle incoming enquiries, provide pricing information, and generate accurate quotes using internal systems.
- Manage order processing efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow from start to finish.
- Communicate professionally with customer representatives at the goods in/out counter.
- Offer strong administrative support and demonstrate high computer literacy across daily tasks.
- Assist with operational planning and contribute to process improvements to help the business run effectively.
- Support the wider team wherever needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Commit to continuous development by undertaking relevant training courses to enhance business performance.
- Become a valued and integral member of the team, actively contributing to its success.
