Picker and Packer / Joinery Operative – Stoke on Trent – Manufacturing & Production

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a supportive, dynamic team? We’re seeking a motivated Joinery Operative to join our department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, is happy to get stuck into picking and packing, and is willing to cover assembly and finishing tasks when needed. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in every aspect is required.

Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday 7am – 4.30pm with an earlier finish on a Friday of 4.00pm

Salary: £12.85 p/h per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing joinery products efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting with assembly and finishing tasks during staff absences
  • Handling items safely, including lifting up to 25kg
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
  • Following company procedures to ensure quality and safety standards

  • Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items up to 25kg
