Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all incoming emails and handling customer enquiries

  • Monitoring and managing stock levels
  • Planning and organising diaries for installation teams/fitters
  • Implementing new processes to improve efficiency and streamline the office
  • Managing and updating social media pages
  • Supporting with design administration (moving artwork into templates – full training provided)
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using Sage accounting
