This role would suit a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, building strong client relationships, and supporting drivers and customers with efficient fleet management services.
As a Fleet Services Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring fleet operations run smoothly while supporting both drivers and client stakeholders. Working closely with the wider team and management, you will help maintain high service standards and ensure contractual service levels are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications through shared inboxes and internal workflows, ensuring queries are handled within agreed service levels
- Provide support to fleet drivers by coordinating day-to-day fleet activities and responding to requests efficiently
- Build strong working relationships with client contacts to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Ensure contractual obligations are met by supporting KPIs and service level agreements across client accounts
- Carry out data audits and fleet control processes to ensure vehicles operate within legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate system records, identifying and correcting data errors where necessary
- Escalate queries or complaints appropriately to achieve the best outcome for both clients and drivers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure all client contracts are supported effectively
- Assist with reporting and performance monitoring where required
- Support ad-hoc operational projects when needed
- Work closely with the Fleet Services Manager to ensure processes for client accounts remain accurate and up to date

- A client-focused mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and document management skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively
- Confidence working independently and managing workloads to meet deadlines
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Motivation to help the team deliver against client KPIs and SLAs
