Job Description

A very exciting time to join a Bournemouth based Financial Services company who are going through an exciting expansion and are looking for a Experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team to deliver high-quality administration support to advisers and clients.

Ideal candidates will hold a strong knowledge of mortgage contracts which include Equity Release, Main Residence Purchase & Re-mortgage, B2L Purchase, Product Transfer, 2nd Charges. You will have previous mortgage administrator/paraplanner experience with a sound understanding of Legislation within the Mortgage & Protection Market. Any industry qualifications would be a bonus, but the company would support and offer ongoing progression within the company.

In return you will receive a salary of upto £30,000 per annum, 24 days + birthday off, hybrid working, financial rewards for introducing new business, employee events, flexible working, pension 3%, career development, exam support and discounted financial advice.

Day to day…

· Supporting both self-employed and employed mortgage advisors with Mortgage & Protection applications from initial inquiry through to completion.

· Full end-to-end case handling to be dealt with swiftly & efficiently.

· Inputting applications on various provider systems

· Producing suitability reports for both mortgage and protection insurance.

· Speaking with providers, lenders, and Solicitors daily to track cases through to offer

· Maintaining accurate client records in line with compliance procedures.

· Regularly updating clients and advisers with progress on their applications.

· Processing mortgage proc fees and life policy commissions ·
