Chartered wealth planning practice in the heart of Poole are recruiting for a Junior Paraplanner to work within their advisory team to deliver high-quality paraplanning support to advisers, clients, and prospects. As a package you will receive a basic salary of up to £35k starting, hybrid and flexible working patterns, financial rewards for introducing new business, employee events, flexible working after probation, death in service, pension 3%, a profit-related bonus scheme, career development, exam support and discounted financial advice.
Ideal candidates will have experience in suitability report writing, ideally within the whole of market space, and be working towards or have completed the Diploma in Financial Planning. You will possess an excellent understanding of current Financial Services products and legislation and have worked with Intelligent Office.
Duties include:
- Review quality of advice proposed by adviser
- Produce quality suitability reports and associated document enclosures, in preparation for client meetings in line with Company standards
- Attend and participate in client meetings as required by the Company
