Position: Senior Estimator (Hybrid)
Location: Solihull
Salary: up to £100,000 plus package D.O.E
Our client is a Tier 1 main contractor who currently enjoys a turnover of £800 million, delivering primarily New Build projects from regional offices in the Northwest, Midlands and Home Counties. They predominantly operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Data Centres & Pharmaceutical. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £25 million up to £100 million and negotiate the majority of their projects secured.
The Chief Estimator is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with the introduction of an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
- Strong track record in the Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment.
