Salary: up to £90,000 plus package D.O.E
Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoys a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominantly operate within select business sectors including Retirement Living, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5 million up to £25 million and negotiate the majority of their projects secured.
The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of experienced Project Managers and Site Managers. This has been instigated with a recent opportunity secured in Sheffield. Therefore, the focus at the moment is to secure a new Project Manager in the East Midlands/South Yorkshire.
New Build Project
Contract value: £24 million
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build projects up to the value of £20 million
- Strong track record in the Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
