Appoint Limited is appointing a Project Manager / Senior Site Agent to oversee a £10m groundworks package on a large industrial shed development in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The role is site-based, with a 40-week programme and a daily rate of £400-£500 DOE.
You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate site teams and resources, and ensure safety, quality and on-time completion, liaising with clients and running site meetings as required.
