Salary: up to £65,000 plus package D.O.E
Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoys a turnover of £60 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominantly operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5 million up to £20 million and negotiate the majority of their projects secured.
The owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Commercial Team with the introduction of experienced Quantity Surveyors & Assistant Quantity Surveyors. This has been instigated with recent opportunities secured in Northampton & Leicestershire.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on New Build projects
- Have commercially & contractually managed your own project as a number 1
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
Salary & Package:
- up to £56,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance
