Position: Contracts Manager   Location: West or East Midlands    Salary: up to £100,000 plus Car option and Benefits    New Build project experience is essential.    Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £70 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial.    They have 2 regional offices – East Midlands & West Midlands. The ideal candidate can work out of either office and visit sites accordingly.    The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Contract Manager.    The Ideal Candidate: Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector would be advantageous Proven experience as a Contract Manager on New Build projects up to the value of £15 million. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Role: Lead the delivery of multiple Build projects, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved. Manage and support site-based teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and wider operational staff. Oversee subcontractor performance and procurement, resolving delivery issues and maintaining progress against programme. Build strong client relationships, providing senior-level oversight from pre-construction through delivery, handover and completion
