Salary: up to £90,000 plus Car Option, Bonus and Benefits package D.O.E

Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor with a turnover of £100 million, delivering primarily New Build & Refurbishment projects from a Head office located in the West Midlands. They operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Commercial & Later Living.

They deliver projects ranging in value from £5 million up to £30 million and negotiate the majority of their projects secured for 2026/2027.

The Pre-Construction Director is keen to further develop and strengthen their Work Winning Team with the introduction of a Head of Business Development. Our client is keen to further develop existing relationships, as well as engage with new clients and potential Frameworks.

The Ideal Candidate:

As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities across various sectors within the Build Environment market. Working closely with senior leadership, pre-construction and delivery teams, you will lead market engagement activities and develop strategic relationships with developers, occupiers, consultants, investors and key stakeholders.
