Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor with a turnover of £100 million, delivering primarily refurbishment projects in the Greater Midlands. They operate within select business sectors including Commercial, Education, Health & MOJ.
They deliver projects ranging in value from £5 million up to £20 million and negotiate the majority of their secured projects. The Owners are keen to develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager for key projects in the West Midlands. Our client is actively tendering future projects in the West Midlands, providing plenty of opportunity beyond the completion of this initial project.
