Regional Quality Lead (Registered Nurse / RGN / RMN) – Care Homes
£60,000 – £60,000

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work closely with Home Managers and Area Directors to lead the delivery of the highest quality health and care experience for residents in your area.

The Role:

  1. You will help bring the company’s vision of being the kindest and leading care provider in every locality to life.
  2. Provide hands-on support to Home Managers to ensure the best possible health and care experience for residents.
  3. Partner with Home Managers to support and develop Deputy Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and quality of life for residents.
  4. Collaborate systematically with Home Managers, Deputy Home Managers, and SSQIs to develop and implement each Home’s action plan for all internal and external inspections.
  5. Advocate for and assist with the implementation of key programs, build positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals, and contribute to the delivery of clinical quality training across your area.
