Clinical Lead – Brain Injury Rehabilitation (Neuropsychiatry) Location: Newport, South Wales Salary: Up to £57,720 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9-5 (with on-call requirements) About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join a leading neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service in Newport, South Wales. This role offers the chance to be a key member of the leadership team in a specialist hospital that provides care for adults with neuropsychiatric disorders, acquired brain injuries, and degenerative neurological conditions. The service comprises single-gender units designed to provide tailored, high-quality rehabilitation care and focuses on achieving positive outcomes for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). Guide the implementation of treatment models and support best practices for neuropsychiatric care. Ensure compliance with NICE guidelines and safety standards.
