Deputy Manager – Care Home  Location: Great Oxendon, Market Harborough Salary: £16.82 per hour, plus 10% performance-based bonus paid quarterly Hours: Full-Time, 7am-7pm Overview: Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Role Responsibilities: Work alongside the Home Manager to deliver the highest standards of care for residents. Manage medication processes, including audits, timely ordering, and ensuring compliance with handling procedures. Promote person-centred care planning and ensure all practices align with safeguarding standards.
