Salary – £52,000 to £55,000 per annum
Location – Crawley, Surrey
Hours – Permanent – Full Time
Shift Pattern – This role is mainly from Monday to Friday. The occasional weekend and/or night working may be required to provide supervision to the night staff you will be expected to participate in the on-call rota for the service.
Summary
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. We are looking for an experienced Senior Nurse (RMN) or (RNLD) for a brand new specialist Eating Disorder hospital caring for children 13 – 18 years old, based in Crawley, Surrey.

Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A minimum of 2 years of eating disorders experience as a nurse, in the UK
- Strong team-working skills
Some of your duties will include
- Providing Clinical Leadership and expertise
- Providing leadership and guidance to support a unified service and engaged workforce
- Ensuring that high standards are in place, followed and improved in accordance within the Clinical Governance framework
- Utilising and supervising all nursing staff effectively
- Being an expert resource on Nursing care of service users within the specialism and hold a key role in the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining a positive and collaborative environment to allow ward members to reach their potential and maximise their ability to provide high-quality care, staff welfare and staff training
- Designated to take charge of the ward
