The service provides comprehensive diagnostic services and a variety of surgical procedures. The hospital has 5 operating theatres, including three laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You will be working as an Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner / Nurse as part of the theatre team and will be responsible for:
- Caring for patients undergoing a range of procedures
- Providing exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative stage
- Scrubbing for a variety of procedures and working across varied specialities
- Accessing patients' needs, implementing and evaluating their care
Who weβre looking for:
- Valid NMC / HCPC registration β your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 2 years orthopaedic scrub experience in the UK is essential for this position
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
