About the role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Bristol on their surgical ward. The hospital is the largest modern private healthcare provider in the South West and this is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their friendly and experienced surgical team. The role involves working across a variety of patients from general surgery to highly complex cases and is a great opportunity to expand upon your skills. The surgical team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Registered Nurse to join the team. hospital boasts 5 well equipped modern operating theatres and an Intensive Care Unit.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Registered Nurse on the surgical ward and will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Providing post-surgical care to patients
  • Working on a large and busy ward across a varied caseload of patients
  • Providing care to the patient throughout their hospital stay from admittance to release
  • Working on a ratio of 1 nurse to 5/6 patients ensuring time to give high quality care to patients
  • Take part in clinical training
  • Who we’re looking for

  • Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 1 years UK experience in a surgical or acute care setting
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
