A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Bristol in Outpatients. The hospital is the largest modern private healthcare provider in the South West, and this is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their friendly and experienced Outpatient team. The role of Registered Nurse in Outpatients is dynamic, involving a range of patient interactions and opportunities to expand your skills. The team is passionate about person-centred care and puts patients at the heart of everything they do. We are looking for a like-minded Registered Nurse to join the team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Run nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics
- Assist in pre-operative investigations
- Conduct nursing care and procedures
- Chaperone and assist consultants during examination of patients' minor surgical procedures
- Assist in arranging investigations requested by consultants
Who we’re looking for
- Be NMC registered — your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
- Minimum of 1 year UK experience in outpatient settings
- Venepuncture and ILS training are highly desirable
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Excellent communication skills
