About the role:
You will be working as a Physiotherapist Team Lead and will be responsible for:
- Lead the day to day management of the out-patient physiotherapy service
- Work across a case load of orthopaedic case loads with some surgical and medical patients
- Implement service delivery projects, co-ordinating training, reviewing patient documentation, audits
- Assist the Physiotherapy Manager ensuring the service is safe and effective
- Deliver an outstanding level of care
Who we’re looking for:
- Be HCPC and CPS registered – your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate out-patient experience in the UK
- Experience in a similar leadership role
- Previous experience in MSK Physiotherapy and orthopaedics
- Experience in clinical audits and utilise outcome tools
- Excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct
- An understanding of previous experience within the private sector
