A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nursing Associate to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Norwich. The hospital has state of the art facilities, and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nursing Associate to join their friendly surgical ward team. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and are looking for a like-minded Registered Nursing Associate to join them. The service offers a range of services and procedures including orthopaedic, joint replacements, plastics, gynaecology, ENT and general surgery.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary planned care for patients
  • Support individuals with all aspects of care including daily living, person centred care and promoting health and independence
  • Implement a plan of care in accordance with the patients’ individual needs and predicted date of discharge
  • Undertaking clinical risk assessments
  • Demonstrating the ability to recognise changing priorities and seek advice where required
  • Ensure the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is always maintained

  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register- with no restrictions
  • Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 1 years hospital experience in the UK is essential
  • Experience working under minimal supervision
