Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Mitcham, Surrey. Our care home offers personalised nursing and nursing dementia care to older people. Emphasising person-centred care, our dedicated and professional care team spend time getting to know residents. We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RMN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse.
Job Role:
As a Clinical Lead, this will mean making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where they can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance their nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
