About the role:
You will be working as General Surgery Team Leader and will be responsible for:
- Daily management of the Theatre to enhance quality and efficiency
- Supporting the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework
- Working closely with the Theatre Manager on the day-to-day procedures
- Monitoring resources, budgets and workforce planning.
You’ll need to have excellent organisational and communication skills.
