About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Dialysis Nurse to work as a Clinic Manager within a bright and modern Dialysis Clinic in Sidcup, Greater London. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Clinic Manager to run a well-established and reputable clinic. The clinic provides person centred care to renal patients and takes pride in the holistic care that they provide. The team are passionate about providing high quality care and building meaningful patient relationships. They are looking for a like-minded Clinic Manager to have full responsibility for running the clinic. The clinic boasts excellent facilities for both their patients and their staff.
Duties and responsibilities
- Full operational and clinic management of the clinic and maintaining high care and quality outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations
- Preparing the clinic for audits
- Instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels
- Effective financial management including budget planning and cost control
- Supervision, training and supporting staff
Who we’re looking for
- Be NMC registered with a post basic qualification in renal nursing - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 5 years UK experience in Haemodialysis including at least 2 years as a senior level
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
- Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office
