About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Dialysis Nurse to join a modern Dialysis Clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The clinic provides person-centred care to renal patients and prides itself on holistic care. The team is dedicated to high-quality care and meaningful patient relationships. They are seeking a like-minded Dialysis Nurse to join their friendly team. The clinic offers excellent facilities for patients and staff.
This role welcomes nurses from any UK nursing background without prior Dialysis experience, as full training will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients
- Ensuring meticulous documentation of clinical activities
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems
- Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Who we’re looking for:
- Be NMC registered with an unrestricted pin
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in the UK is essential
- Previous renal experience is desirable
- Compassionate with excellent patient care skills
- Excellent communication skills
