Clinical Deputy Manager – Care Home
Location: Fort William
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Care Categories: Nursing care for older adults
Salary: £ to £ (£53,722 – £56,010 annum based on a 44 hour contract)
Hours: Full time
Contract type: Permanent
As the Deputy Manager you will be making sure the level of care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
The Care Home is registered for 40 service users, providing nurse and dementia care. The home has good on all areas of their inspection.
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
*The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
