The home offers round-the-clock care and we are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to come and join the friendly team. The home has a fantastic reputation and is a very welcoming environment for staff, residents, families and friends. Registered for 39 service users, general nursing and dementia care with a fantastic CQC.
As the Clinical Manager you will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents as well as maintaining clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records. You will ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home through efficient management of staff rotas.
