The home offers round-the-clock care and we are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead ( Registered Nurse ) to come and join the friendly care home team. The care home has a fantastic reputation and a very welcoming environment for staff, residents, families and friends. Registered for up to 50 residents the care home has an overall GOOD CQC.

As the Clinical Deputy Lead ( Registered Nurse ) you will be making sure the level of clinical care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
