We are looking for an experienced Home Manager, must be nurse qualified to join a fantastic Care Home based in Southport. Registered for up to 60 residents. The Care Home has a great reputation in the area. The home specialises in the following care categories:

Care Categories:

  • Dementia
  • Mental Health Condition
  • Older Person Care
  • Physical Disability
  • Respite Care

    • The company: The company have their own training academy to ensure all staff members can access support and training to develop their individual careers and goals
    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
  • NMC PIN
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Recognised qualification in health & social care
