A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cardiac Sonographer to join our highly reputable private hospital based in Nottingham. Duties and responsibilities

You will be working as a Cardiac Sonographer as part of the imaging team and will be responsible for the following;

  • Conduct cardiac sonography for adults and adolescents following BSE guidelines.
  • Evaluate patient health and well-being in diverse and evolving cases.
  • Assist in launching new cardiac services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize technology for measuring, monitoring, and treating patients.
  • Recognize and manage the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI).

Who we’re looking for

  • BSC in Clinical Physiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of BSE certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a registered echocardiographer in the UK.
  • Proficient in scanning adults, with a preference for experience with adolescent patients.
  • Being able to work confidently within a team
