Recruitment Consultant - Construction in Maidstone

You\’ll inherit a warm desk with existing clients and national supply agreements, working temp or perm – across blue-collar trades or white-collar professional roles – whichever best suits your strengths.

The role:

• Full 360 recruitment role with a focus on business development, client management, and candidate delivery

• Warm leads and active clients to get you billing from day one

• Autonomy to grow your desk in a supportive, high-performing team

What\’s in it for you:

• Base salary depending on experience:

  • Consultant: £28-£31k

  • Senior Consultant: £32-£36k

  • Principal Consultant: £42-£45k

• OTE: At least double your basic, with uncapped earning potential

• Minimum 6 months\’ 360 construction recruitment experience, including business development
