I'm working with an established recruitment brand to find a Principal Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office. You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

Important:
- Basic salary: £42k-45k + uncapped commission
- On Target Earnings: £90k+
