A forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust in Bolton is looking for a confident, hands-on Estates Manager to help maintain safe, compliant and inspiring learning environments across their schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Health & safety and statutory compliance
- Contractor management and procurement
- Supporting capital and improvement projects
We’re looking for someone with solid experience managing buildings or estates (ideally in education or a similar setting) who’s ready to take ownership and grow with the trust.
You must be based in the North West and have permanent eligibility to work in the UK.
