Already working a 360 construction desk? Ready to earn more, feel supported, and take your career up a gear? I’m recruiting for an established agency looking for an experienced 360 Construction Recruiter (Consultant to Principal level) to join their Maidstone office.

You’ll step into a warm desk with existing clients and national contracts – temp or perm, white-collar or blue-collar. Choose the desk that suits your strengths.

What’s on offer:

  • Basic salary:
  • Consultant: £28–£31k
  • Senior: £32–£36k
  • Principal: £42–£45k
  • OTE: Realistic and uncapped – at least double your basic
  • Commission: Paid from £1, not threshold-based
