I’m recruiting for an established agency looking for an experienced 360 Construction Recruiter (Consultant to Principal level) to join their Maidstone office .
You’ll step into a warm desk with existing clients and national contracts – temp or perm, white-collar or blue-collar. Choose the desk that suits your strengths.
What’s on offer:
- Basic salary :
- Consultant: £28–£31k
- Senior: £32–£36k
- Principal: £42–£45k
- OTE : Realistic and uncapped – at least double your basic
- Commission : Paid from £1, not threshold-based
- Career path : Clear, structured progression

- Training : Industry-leading L&D programme
What you need:
- Minimum 6 months’ 360 construction recruitment experience , including BD
- Full right to work in the UK
