The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in one of their offices which could be Leeds, Bradford or Wakefield so flexibility is key. We are actively seeking a Health and Social Care Tutor to join a leading, well established training provider. You will be responsible for guiding adult learners through their qualifications, Level 3 Certificate in Understanding the Principles of Dementia Care, Level 3 Certificate in Understanding the Care and Management of Diabetes and Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online and face-to-face Health & Social Care training tailored to learner needs and curriculum standards.
  • Support learners through assessments, individual learning plans, and ongoing guidance to help them achieve qualifications and career goals.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, Prevent, equality, and inclusion policies.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Health & Social Care learning resources and programmes in line with sector standards and quality frameworks.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Social Care.
  • Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ICT.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity practices.

Desirable Requirements

  • Teaching qualification (AET, CET, DET, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering Health & Social Care qualifications.
  • Assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of adult learner funding and quality frameworks.
