We're looking for two reliable Weighbridge Operators to join a busy recycling and processing business in Grimsby on a job-share basis. Driving License required due to the location. The successful candidates will share responsibility for the weighbridge operation and provide holiday cover for each other when required. Hours * Job share arrangement of approximately 25 hours per week each between the hours of Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 5:00pm * Alternate Saturday mornings until 11:00am * Flexibility required to provide holiday cover for your job share partner Key Responsibilities * Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording vehicle weights * Processing paperwork and maintaining detailed records * Providing excellent customer service to drivers, customers and suppliers * Handling enquiries and directing visitors appropriately * Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements * Reporting discrepancies and operational issues promptly * Supporting the wider team with general administration duties Pay * £13.50 per hour * Overtime paid for hours worked over 39 hours per week * Supportive team environment * Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected local employer If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
