We are supporting a well established business seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role covering two sites (Brigg and Ashby) so applicants must be able to travel between both locations as required. This position would suit someone who enjoys a mix of administration, coordination and people focused tasks, with the confidence to support senior staff and keep day to day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- PA support managing diaries and email inbox, scheduling meetings and preparing documents
- HR administration maintaining records, supporting onboarding and handling confidential information
- Basic marketing support assisting with social media posts, promotional materials and internal communications
- Diary coordination organising appointments, planning schedules and ensuring smooth workflow
- Event planning support helping organise internal events, meetings and company activities
- General administration filing, document control, data entry and supporting wider office operations
