Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join our client's team, with a strong focus on all things Employee Relations. If you’ve got a solid grasp of UK employment law, love supporting with the trickier people stuff, and can juggle a busy workload with a smile, we’d love to hear from you.

Main duties & responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide HR support and guidance to the clients you are representing
- Support on all things ER, including onboarding, contracts, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws
- HR reporting
- Support on ad hoc HR projects
- Help and grow the client base through referrals and networking
- Maintain and update the client’s databases
Requirements/Skills
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position and ideally have achieved your CIPD or relevant HR qualification
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Able to understand clients' needs and cultures
- Be a problem solver
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
- Excellent time management skills
- Driving License
