What You’ll Bring:We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Account Manager, preferably within the recruitment sector
- An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to step into a non-sales, account management role
- Ideally familiar with industrial recruitment (though not essential)
- A confident communicator with great listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Able to build strong relationships and connect with people quickly
- Proactive and positive, with a solutions-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and eager to grow within a progressive business
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Enjoys fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Creative, energetic and brings fresh ideas
- Organised and capable of planning your own route to success—no micromanagement here!
