The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We\’re working with a national training provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Tutor to deliver Early Years Level 3 qualifications to adult learners across both remote and face-to-face settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners on their journey into childcare and early education, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of between 60 and 80 learners
- Deliver high-quality lessons covering the Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Ensure learner records are kept up to date
- Provide timely, constructive feedback
- Conduct initial learner assessments
Requirements:
- Teaching qualifications at or above level 3 (e.g. PGCE, PTTLS equivalent etc)
- Proven experience in teaching Early Years
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications in Maths, English, and ICT
- Experience working with government-funded programmes would be an advantage
- Assessors\’ qualifications would be advantageous
