Job Description

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner and looking for a new opportunity?

We have some exciting roles available in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Conveyancing Fee Earner:

· Managing your own individual caseload

· Possessing knowledge and understanding of property transactions

· Sale and Purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises

· Receiving instructions on new cases

· Managing the exchange and completion of commercial property sales

· Acting for lenders and pension schemes

· Liaising with Lender Panels

· Conducting and reporting on file review for other fee earners

· Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, conditional contracts, and overage

Conveyancing Fee Earner Requirements:

· Previous Fee Earner experience within Commercial

· High confidentiality and organisational skills

· Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines

· In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations

· Team player with the ability to build relationships

· Great attention to detail and communication skills are required

· Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
