Accomplished Business Educator and Accredited Examiner with over 8 years of experience teaching GCSE, A-Level, BTEC, IGCSE and international curricula. Expert in curriculum design, assessment and differentiated instruction at KS4–KS5, with a proven ability to enhance student performance through innovative teaching methods. Dedicated to fostering inclusive, engaging and high-achieving learning environments while contributing to departmental leadership, staff development and national-level assessment.

Deliver BTEC Level 2 Business modules and plan engaging lessons, practical activities and assessments. Provide student guidance, progress monitoring and constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Mark and assess coursework accurately, ensuring fairness and adherence to BTEC standards. Collaborate with colleagues to develop course content, assessment strategies and foster real-world business skills.
