About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Back Office Administrator to support our growing team. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative role and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining internal systems, managing documentation, supporting reporting tasks, and ensuring accurate data across the business. What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update internal records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and file organisation.
  • Support internal communication by managing inboxes, responding to queries, and coordinating follow‑ups.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and other operational processes.

  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets and general office tools.
