One of our clients is looking for a highly organised Remote Appointment Coordinator to manage bookings, schedules, and customer communications within a busy service environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments via phone, email, and online systems
  • Manage diaries and coordinate bookings across multiple calendars
  • Communicate with customers, clients, and internal teams
  • Update CRM or booking systems with accurate information
  • Send reminders and follow up on missed or cancelled appointments
