About the Opportunity

One of our clients is looking for a proactive and highly organised Remote Office Manager to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across a distributed team. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced office professional who enjoys creating structure, managing processes, and supporting business operations in a fully remote environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth internal coordination, organised systems, and efficient business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day remote office administration and operational support
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain digital filing systems, policies, and documentation
  • Support onboarding processes and staff administration
  • Assist with supplier coordination, invoicing, and basic finance admin
  • Monitor inboxes, track tasks, and ensure follow-ups are completed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Operations Assistant, or Executive Support professional
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Reliable home working setup and stable internet connection
