About the Opportunity
One of our clients is looking for a proactive and highly organised Remote Office Manager to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across a distributed team. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced office professional who enjoys creating structure, managing processes, and supporting business operations in a fully remote environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth internal coordination, organised systems, and efficient business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day remote office administration and operational support
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain digital filing systems, policies, and documentation
- Support onboarding processes and staff administration
- Assist with supplier coordination, invoicing, and basic finance admin
- Monitor inboxes, track tasks, and ensure follow-ups are completed

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Operations Assistant, or Executive Support professional
