We’re looking for a Junior Service Delivery Administrator to support the smooth delivery of services across the business. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in service delivery, operations, or administration within a fast-paced, professional environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, service managers, and external stakeholders to ensure processes run efficiently, data is accurately maintained, and service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery / Operations team
- Assist with coordinating service activities, schedules, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and service data across internal systems
- Handle incoming queries and requests, escalating where appropriate
- Support onboarding, renewals, and service changes
- Track service performance metrics and help prepare reports
- Ensure processes align with internal SLAs and quality standards
- General administrative duties including inbox management, filing, and data entry
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role (including internships or placements)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Exposure to service delivery, operations, or customer support environments
- Experience working with CRMs or service management systems
