We’re looking for a Junior Service Delivery Administrator to support the smooth delivery of services across the business. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in service delivery, operations, or administration within a fast-paced, professional environment.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, service managers, and external stakeholders to ensure processes run efficiently, data is accurately maintained, and service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery / Operations team
  • Assist with coordinating service activities, schedules, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and service data across internal systems
  • Handle incoming queries and requests, escalating where appropriate
  • Support onboarding, renewals, and service changes
  • Track service performance metrics and help prepare reports
  • Ensure processes align with internal SLAs and quality standards
  • General administrative duties including inbox management, filing, and data entry
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role (including internships or placements)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Exposure to service delivery, operations, or customer support environments
  • Experience working with CRMs or service management systems
  • Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, or operational workflows
