Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Remote
Salary: £13 - £17 per hour (depending on experience)
Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations remotely. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Support month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- AAT qualification or equivalent is a plus
