One of our clients is hiring a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join their growing remote team. If you have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or coding, a passion for the platform, and a desire to learn from experienced developers, this is a great opportunity to advance your career. You’ll help maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, build new features, and gain valuable exposure to different modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the ServiceNow platform, supporting modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, CSM, and ITAM.
  • Build forms, workflows, and scripts while assisting with system integrations (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Enhance user experience by improving workspace interfaces and maintaining a well-organised knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and technical teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL fundamentals.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
