You’ll help maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, build new features, and gain valuable exposure to different modules and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Work on the ServiceNow platform, supporting modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, CSM, and ITAM.
- Build forms, workflows, and scripts while assisting with system integrations (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Enhance user experience by improving workspace interfaces and maintaining a well-organised knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior developers and technical teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL fundamentals.
- ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
